Triangle Tech LLC provides a full suite of IT solutions tailored to business needs, including strategic IT consulting, network design and upgrades, hardware and software evaluation, cybersecurity assessments, POS system installation, computer and printer repair, managed IT services, and SMS/text messaging support. Unless you enter a separate written service agreement with us, your use of the Site does not create a contractual obligation for ongoing Services.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Use any automated means (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Site for any purpose without our express permission.

7.1 Information We Collect

• Contact & Service Request Forms: We collect name, email address, phone number, company name, and service details via Monday.com WorkForms.
• SMS/Text Messaging: You may provide your mobile number and consent records when opting in.
• Analytics & Tracking: WordPress and embedded tools collect non‑identifying data (IP, browser, pages) for site use analysis.

7.2 How We Use Your Data

• To respond to inquiries and service requests.
• To manage and track requests via Monday.com.
• To send SMS updates and notifications in compliance with TCPA and CTIA.
• To analyze site usage and improve user experience.
• To develop new services based on user needs.

7.3 Third‑Party Data Processors

We use the following trusted services:

• Monday.com WorkForms: Form data is transmitted to and stored by Monday.com under their Data Processing Addendum. See Monday.com Privacy Policy and DPA terms.
• Google Maps Embed: May collect usage data per Google Privacy Policy.
• Trustindex Reviews: Our widget displays public customer reviews and may log interactions. See Trustindex Privacy Policy.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We do not display a cookie consent banner. Essential WordPress cookies enable core site functionality, and Google Analytics may set cookies for anonymous usage tracking. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

9. Data Retention

• Active Clients: Personal Data is retained for the term of our contract or business relationship.
• Non‑Client Inquiries: Data is stored in Monday.com until it is deleted by us or upon your request.
• Analytics Data: Stored in anonymized form according to WordPress default settings.

10. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may:

• Access your Personal Data.
• Correct any inaccuracies.
• Request deletion, subject to legal and service requirements.
