Why I Started This Company
I'm Marshall. I started Triangle Tech because I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses in the Triangle paying too much for IT support that didn't actually work. Slow response times, confusing invoices, and vendors who disappeared when things got hard.
I figured we could do better. So in 2024, I built a team around a simple idea: show up, answer the phone, and fix problems. Turns out people like it when you actually pick up the call and explain things in plain English.
We've grown since then — hired a team, built real systems — but the approach hasn't changed. We tell you what's wrong, what it'll cost, and we fix it. That's it.

Launched Triangle Tech with zero clients and a laptop. First customer was a 5-person accounting firm in Cary.

We're Not for Everyone
We'd rather be honest upfront than waste your time. Here's who we're not a good fit for:
- ✕Residential / home users. We only work with businesses. If your home WiFi is slow, we're not the right call.
- ✕One-off printer fixes. We're a managed services provider. We partner with businesses for ongoing IT — we don't do single repair calls.
- ✕Companies that want the cheapest option. If your only criteria is price, there are cheaper providers out there. We focus on doing it right.
- ✕Businesses outside the Triangle. We do remote work statewide, but our on-site coverage is within 50 miles of Morrisville. If you need someone on-site in Charlotte, we're not it.
