Marshall and Story rescued by business after others failed to help. wonderful to work with, they got me back on line within an hour. intermittent problems are the most difficult problems to solve but, these guys are up yo the task! I highly recommend calling them first.

My experience with Marshall and the team at Triangle Tech was excellent. I had a unique request to repair the end of an HDMI cable (as the cable was embedded behind drywall and could not be fished out and replaced) and Marshall delivered. The clear communication, professionalism, and knowledge exhibited by Marshall and team throughout the entire process made for a top notch experience.

I cannot say enough, nice things about Marshall and his company. When I first talked to them, I was beside myself because I had a new computer since my old one crashed and I knew nothing about how to get it up and running and I was having issues that I couldn’t figure out how to fix myself. It’s probably normal for people to get more edgy when they’re so upset but I’m sure I wasn’t the nicest person because I was so frustrated. Marshall came in being the most understanding person and listening carefully as I got my frustrations out. He was kind and patient and worked diligently To get me up and running. He went above and beyond and spent a lot of time with me making sure everything was done. He is my new go to person for my computer, I’ve also recommended him highly to my mom who will be using him !
