The system is yours
Your numbers, your handsets, your call flows. The configuration belongs to you, and you can take a copy — or the whole system — any time.
In your name, never marked up
Calling service comes from the carrier directly, on an account you own, billed to you at carrier rates. We take a disclosed referral commission from the carrier — we’re telling you because you’d find out anyway.
Unlimited configuration changes
Extensions, call flows, auto-attendants, greetings, voicemail, ring groups — changed whenever you need, with no per-change or per-ticket fees.
Managed means managed
Hosting, monitoring, patching, and fault response are covered. If the phone system isn’t doing what it was configured to do, that’s ours to fix.
Your numbers are portable on purpose — the service has to earn its keep every month.
