Really. On-site support is included in every managed plan. Most MSPs charge $125–$175/hour for on-site visits on top of your monthly fee. We think that's wrong — you're already paying for IT support, and sometimes fixing it means showing up in person. That shouldn't cost extra.

No. Your plan covers support during your plan's hours — Essential covers business hours, Professional extends to 7am–9pm, and Enterprise is 24/7/365. There are no after-hours surcharges for managed clients.

If you're locked into a contract with your current MSP, we calculate a monthly discount on your Triangle Tech bill spread across your first 12 months. This offsets the overlap period so you're not paying full price to two providers. The discount is based on your remaining contract balance — we'll figure out the exact amount during your free consultation.

If you're in a contract with your current provider, yes — you'll still owe them until that contract ends. That's exactly why we offer the buyout discount: to reduce your Triangle Tech bill during the overlap so the financial hit is as small as possible. You won't be paying full price to both.

We've dealt with this before. We have a documented process for rebuilding access to your systems independently — resetting admin credentials, re-documenting your environment, and setting up fresh monitoring. It's not ideal, but a bad breakup with your old MSP won't stop us from getting you up and running.

No. We run both systems in parallel during the transition. Your old provider stays active while we deploy our tools and verify everything is working. Once we confirm full coverage, we cut over. Your team won't notice a thing.

Most transitions are complete within 1–2 weeks. That includes documenting your environment, deploying our monitoring and security tools, and verifying everything. We don't rush it — we'd rather take an extra few days than miss something.

You cancel with 30 days notice. That's it. No penalties, no early termination fees, no guilt trip. We'll even help you transition to your next provider if it comes to that. We've never had to, but the option is always there.

No. User onboarding, offboarding, and workstation setup are part of your managed plan. The only things we quote separately are major projects — like an office move, a full cloud migration, or deploying a new server. Day-to-day IT work is always included.

Yes. Compliance assistance is included in all plans. We implement the technical controls and provide documentation for audits — HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and more.
